Meerkat
The Meerkat (Mine Detection Vehicle) sweeps
out in front of the other modules of the system. The detection
equipment will signal the presence of a mine and relay by
radio to the Husky as well as the commander of the convoy. |
Duisendpoot
Towed by the Husky, the Mine Detonation Trailer Set consists
of three trailers used in tandem. The set is designed with
sufficient mass to detonate pressure sensitive devices. The
six different axle lengths enable the trailer to cover and
clear a 3 metre wide track.

Husky
The Husky (Towing / Mine Detection Vehicle) is equipped with
the same detection equipment as the Meerkat and acts as a
horse for the Duisendpoot. It can also be utilised solely
in the detection role.
